Advertising, Sponsorship & Featured Listings Policy

Menopause Resource Hub is a curated directory. We offer a Standard Listing (currently free), and paid upgrades such as Verified Provider and Featured Listing. Some listings, placements, or content may be paid or sponsored. When this occurs, we label it clearly so users can distinguish promotion from education.

What “Featured”, ‘Verified’ or “Sponsored” means

• Featured Listing: a paid visibility placement (e.g., appearing in a featured block or top placement).
• Verified Provider: a paid upgrade that may include enhanced profile information and a verification status/badge (where applicable). It does not automatically mean top placement unless stated.
• Sponsored content: content supported financially by a partner, clearly labelled at the top of the page.

What it does NOT mean

• It does not mean we endorse clinical outcomes or guarantee results.
• It does not override our eligibility or content standards.

Separation of editorial and promotion

• Educational guides are created to help women make informed decisions.
• Advertising and paid placements are handled separately from editorial decisions.

Healthcare advertising obligations (Australia)

Some providers listed on this site may offer regulated health services. In Australia, advertising a regulated health service is subject to legal requirements, including restrictions on using testimonials about clinical aspects of care and avoiding misleading claims or unreasonable expectations.

To protect users and uphold compliance, we do not publish patient testimonials about clinical outcomes in listings we control, and we may remove or request edits to content that appears misleading or non-compliant.

Changes to listing options

Standard Listings are currently offered at no cost, however we may change pricing, tiers, inclusions, or discontinue the free Standard Listing at any time. Any updates will be reflected on our pricing page and will generally apply going forward.

If we ever use affiliate links (where we may earn a small commission), we will clearly disclose this on the page. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial standards.
