Some third-party service providers may store or process personal information outside Australia, including in the United States (where our payment processor, Stripe, our email delivery provider, Amazon Web Services, and AI-assisted tools we use from time to time are commonly based). Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients handle personal information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, or otherwise rely on an applicable exception under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

If a listing is removed or an account is terminated, we remove or de-identify related listing data (subject to legal requirements)
If you downgrade to a free tier, we may retain listing information needed to keep your Standard Listing active

You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in communications, in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).
Children’s privacy
The Platform is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that we have done so, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.

We may also change Platform features and listing options (including free and paid tiers) from time to time.
The current version will always be published on the Platform.
Governing law
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
