About the Menopause Resource Hub
Our Mission
Menopause Resource Hub exists to make it easier for women to find clear, relevant support during perimenopause and menopause – with a focus on clarity, trust and locally relevant services.
This platform was created in response to a common experience: women knowing they need help, but struggling to find clear, trustworthy, and locally relevant information and services during this life stage.
Menopause is a significant transition, yet resources are often fragmented, overwhelming, or inconsistent. Our goal is to reduce that friction by curating evidence-informed resources and professional services that are genuinely relevant to women navigating perimenopause and menopause in Melbourne.

Who Do We Serve?
The Menopause Resource Hub is designed for women navigating perimenopause and menopause who want clear, reliable information and access to relevant support — without pressure, confusion, or unnecessary noise.
Whether you’re noticing early changes, managing ongoing symptoms, or thinking ahead to long-term health and wellbeing, the Hub helps you explore your options and connect with services that align with your needs and values.
While the Hub focuses on menopause-relevant services in Melbourne initially, many of our educational resources are applicable more broadly. All listings are assessed against our standards for relevance, ethical practice, and menopause alignment.
Our Story
Menopause Resource Hub was founded by Sharryn Ludlow — a strategist and platform builder with over 20 years of experience creating systems that help people find what they need with clarity and confidence.
Sharryn’s career has spanned global event coordination, corporate travel, nonprofit governance and digital platform development across nearly every continent. She has spent her career turning complex, fragmented landscapes into clear, navigable structures for the people who need them most.
The Menopause Resource Hub grew from a personal experience. Navigating perimenopause herself, Sharryn encountered what so many women find: specialists who jumped to surgery without conversation, GPs without specialist knowledge, and dozens of disconnected websites with no clear starting point. No trustworthy place to begin.
With a builder’s instinct and a strategist’s eye, she built the resource she couldn’t find — a curated, values-aligned directory that brings clarity to a confusing landscape, connects women with credible providers, and gives practitioners who are doing genuinely good work a platform where they can be discovered.
Menopause Resource Hub is built on the same principles that have guided Sharryn’s work across two decades: precision, trust, and meaningful outcomes.

How the Hub Works
The Menopause Resource Hub brings together curated resources, services, and professionals relevant to perimenopause and menopause.
We focus on clarity and relevance — not volume. Listings are organised by symptom, service type, and support category to help you navigate what’s available without feeling overwhelmed.
The Menopause Resource Hub does not provide medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional

Our evidence-informed menopause guides cover symptoms and stages, treatment and relief options, and lifestyle and wellbeing support for women navigating perimenopause and menopause in Australia.
For Providers and Organisations
The Menopause Resource Hub works with professionals and organisations whose services are directly relevant to perimenopause and menopause. As we launch we are focusing on menopause support in Melbourne but this will expand into Australia as the menopause directory for women grows.
This is a curated directory — not an open advertising platform. All providers must apply and are reviewed for relevance, scope, and alignment with the values of the Hub.
Listing options may affect visibility or placement within the directory, but do not imply endorsement or recommendation. Some listings may be featured, promoted, or sponsored as part of paid visibility options. Where this occurs, sponsored or promoted placement is always clearly labelled.
