Corrections & Feedback Policy

We take accuracy seriously—especially on menopause and health-related topics.

How to request a correction

Please contact us via Contact and include:

  • The page URL
  • What you believe is incorrect or unclear
  • Any supporting source links (if available)

What happens next

  • We acknowledge receipt and review the request.
  • Where appropriate, we update the page, clarify language, add sources, or correct errors.
  • If the issue is significant, we may add an editorial note describing what changed and why.
  • For listing-related requests, we may ask the provider to verify details before changes are published.

Provider listing updates and corrections

If a provider’s listing details are inaccurate (e.g., address, phone, services), we will work with the provider to correct them. Listings remain the responsibility of the provider to keep up to date.

  • Claimed listings: If you’re the provider, the fastest way to update details is to claim your listing and edit your information in your account.
  • Standard (free) listings: Some Standard listings may be created using publicly available business information. If a Standard listing is unclaimed, we may update, merge, pause, or remove it where we can’t verify accuracy, where details become outdated, or where it no longer aligns with our directory standards.
  • Paid tiers: Paid placement does not change provider eligibility requirements or our standards. Paid tiers may receive priority support for administrative updates, but not preferential treatment for clinical claims or standards decisions.
  • Safety issues

If you believe content could cause harm, please flag it clearly as urgent in your message so we can prioritise review.
