Advertising, Sponsorship and Featured Listings
Updated: 1 September 2026
Published by Menopause Resource Hub Pty Ltd (ACN 678 886 407, ABN 93 678 886 407).
Featured Listing: a paid visibility placement (e.g. appearing in a featured block or top placement).
Verified Provider: a paid upgrade that includes enhanced profile features and a “Verified” badge. The badge confirms the listing has met the same eligibility and content standards required of any claimed listing, it is not an additional or higher level of clinical, credential, or quality verification beyond that standard check, and does not automatically mean top placement unless stated.
Sponsored content: content supported financially by a partner, clearly labelled at the top of the page.
What it doesn’t mean
It does not mean we endorse clinical outcomes or guarantee results.
It does not override our eligibility or content standards.
Separation of editorial and promotion
Educational guides are created to help women make informed decisions.
Advertising and paid placements are handled separately from editorial decisions.
Healthcare advertising obligations (Australia)
Some providers listed on this site may offer regulated health services. In Australia, advertising a regulated health service is subject to legal requirements, including restrictions on using testimonials about clinical aspects of care and avoiding misleading claims or unreasonable expectations.
To protect users and uphold compliance, we do not publish patient or client testimonials about the clinical aspects of care anywhere on the Platform, including within listings submitted by providers, and we review submitted listing content for this before publication. We may remove or request edits to content that appears misleading or non-compliant.
Changes to listing options
Standard Listings are currently offered at no cost. We may change pricing, tiers, or inclusions, or discontinue the free Standard Listing, at any time. A pricing or plan change will not apply to a subscription term you’ve already paid for, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice before a price increase applies to your renewal, as set out in our Terms and Conditions. Any updates will be reflected on our pricing page.
Affiliate links
Where we use affiliate links, we may earn a small commission, and this is clearly disclosed on the page. Affiliate relationships do not change our editorial standards. See our Website Disclaimer for full detail.
