Claiming gives you control of your profile. Clickable links, an enquiry button, expanded details, and the ability to connect directly with women. After we verify your claim, you’ll choose between Verified Provider or Featured Listing and complete your profile before going live.
What if I don’t claim my listing?
Your free listing stays live indefinitely. Women can still find your name, category, and location in the directory. There are no clickable links, no enquiry button, and no way for you to update your details. Free listings are added and maintained by our team.
Can I upgrade from Verified to Featured later?
Yes. You can change your visibility tier at any time from your provider dashboard.
Does paying mean I’m endorsed by Menopause Resource Hub?
No. Visibility tiers affect placement and profile features. They never affect eligibility or constitute endorsement. All providers are manually vetted to the same standard regardless of which tier they choose.
How long does verification take?
We verify claims within 1 to 2 business days. You’ll receive an email once your claim is approved with instructions to choose your visibility tier and complete your profile.

If your practice isn’t listed yet, you’ll need to apply as a new provider. Applications are manually assessed for relevance and fit.
