About Menopause Resource Hub.
A curated menopause directory and resource platform, built to make the next step clearer for Australian women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Why Menopause Resource Hub exists
The menopause experience shouldn’t feel fragmented, but for many women it does. What should be a well-supported life stage often becomes a process of searching, second-guessing, and trying to piece together information from multiple sources with no clear starting point.
It wasn’t that support didn’t exist. It was that it wasn’t connected.
Menopause Resource Hub was built to change that. Not by adding more noise, but by organising what already exists in a way that is easier to navigate, understand, and use. A curated directory of practitioners, practical evidence-informed guides, and a clear pathway for Australian women who are ready to take the next step.

How the Hub works
Menopause Resource Hub brings together a curated directory of practitioners, a library of evidence-informed guides, and practical tools to help women navigate this stage with more clarity and less noise.
Curated directory
Providers apply to be listed and are manually vetted for relevance and alignment with evidence-informed practice before appearing in the directory. Listing does not equal endorsement, but it does mean a basic standard of fit has been met.
Browse the directory ›Practical guides
The resource library covers perimenopause symptoms, treatment options, and support pathways. All written in plain language for Australian women, with local context and relevant sources.
Explore the guides ›Clear navigation
Search by symptom, location, or provider type. Whether you are looking for a menopause-informed GP in Melbourne, a telehealth consultation from regional New South Wales, or a pelvic health physiotherapist in Sydney, the directory is designed to get you there faster.
Browse every category ›Before your next appointment, the free Appointment Ready Workshop helps you prepare what to say and what to ask, with a short video and four practical tools to take with you. Get the free workshop.
Menopause Resource Hub does not provide medical advice and does not replace care from a qualified healthcare professional. Always consult your GP or specialist before making treatment decisions.
Founded with purpose
Menopause Resource Hub was founded by Sharryn Ludlow, a strategist and platform builder with over two decades of experience turning complex, fragmented landscapes into clear, navigable systems for the people who need them most.
The Hub grew from lived experience. Navigating perimenopause and finding the landscape disconnected, inconsistent, and difficult to trust, Sharryn brought a builder’s instinct to the problem: organise it, curate it, connect it. Build the resource that didn’t exist.
The platform is built to be genuinely useful and built to last. The goal is not to be the loudest voice in the menopause space, but to be the most trusted and navigable one.

For women navigating this stage
Menopause Resource Hub is for women who want a clearer starting point, whether that means finding a practitioner, understanding what is happening, or simply knowing what options exist before booking an appointment.
The directory is organised by symptom, service type, and location. Browse by what you are experiencing: sleep disruption, mood changes, hot flushes, pelvic health, brain fog, weight changes. Narrow by suburb, city, or telehealth availability. Each listing includes the provider’s focus areas and contact details so you can make an informed decision before reaching out.
The resource guides sit alongside the directory, practical and evidence-informed, written in plain language. For the searching, the appointment prep, and the questions that deserve a clear and honest answer.

Evidence-informed guides covering symptoms, treatment options, and support pathways, written for Australian women.
For providers and organisations
Menopause Resource Hub works with practitioners and organisations whose services are directly relevant to perimenopause and menopause. The directory now covers Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, with further cities planned as the platform grows.
This is a curated directory, not an open advertising platform. All providers apply and are manually vetted for relevance, scope, and alignment with the values of the Hub before being listed.
Find what you’re looking for
Browse every category in the directory by symptom or by the type of care you need. Each one links to manually vetted, menopause-informed providers across Australia and via telehealth.
