Australia’s menopause provider directory exists because women can’t find the care they need.
Perimenopause and menopause sit squarely in the YMYL category. Women search online first, privately, often late at night, before they talk to anyone. They are looking for practitioners who will take them seriously.
The problem is fragmentation. Women encounter a mix of generic directories, outdated GP referrals, and overwhelming Google results. They struggle to identify who is genuinely menopause-informed versus who simply accepts any patient.
Menopause Resource Hub is a curated menopause provider directory. A trusted environment where women can search by symptom, location, and specialty, and find you with confidence. Every provider inside it has been manually vetted for relevance.
Providers who join now are building their presence before demand in their city peaks. The menopause provider directory grows in authority with every quality provider added, and that authority compounds for every listing already inside it.
“There is so much information out there and it can be overwhelming and confusing. Having a trusted hub where women can find guidance, education and professionals who genuinely understand this stage of life is incredibly valuable.”

A directory with standards worth being part of
We are selective by design. That selectivity is what makes a listing here meaningful to the women who use it.
This directory is for providers who
- Work directly with perimenopausal or menopausal women
- Offer evidence-informed, scope-appropriate services
- Value credible visibility over volume-based advertising
- Want to be part of a trusted ecosystem women return to
- Are committed to being found by women who are ready to act
We do not list
- General practitioners with no specific menopause focus or training
- Providers whose primary offering is unrelated to perimenopause or menopause
- Mass-market advertising placements without menopause relevance
- Providers seeking guaranteed lead volumes or outcome assurances

Why the review process is the point
Menopause Resource Hub does not allow open-access listings. Every provider is manually vetted before going live. This is deliberate, and it’s what makes the directory worth being part of.
Women use this directory because they trust it. That trust is earned through the quality and relevance of providers inside it. We protect that standard because it protects the value of your listing.
- Listed alongside peers committed to menopause-informed, evidence-based care
- Verified and Featured badges signal credibility to women before they click
- Women who find you here are actively seeking help, not passively scrolling
- The directory builds authority city by city, early listings compound in value as it grows
- Your listing is in a space designed for trust, not advertising noise
“What excites me most is the idea of creating a central space where women can access trusted information and connect with practitioners who specialise in this stage of life.”Cheryl Penna, Urban Sense Wellness Clinic
“Being part of the Hub means I’m found by women who are already motivated and looking for the right help. That’s a very different conversation to one that starts cold.”Terri Batsakis, Menopause Coaching Specialist

Approval is based on relevance and fit, not on which tier you intend to choose.Common questions about the menopause provider directory
What is Menopause Resource Hub?
Menopause Resource Hub is Australia’s curated menopause provider directory. A trusted platform connecting women navigating perimenopause and menopause with practitioners who can genuinely help. Unlike general directories, every provider is manually vetted before being listed and the platform is built specifically around menopause-informed care. Our editorial standards align with evidence from organisations including Jean Hailes for Women’s Health and the Australasian Menopause Society.
Who can apply to be listed?
Providers offering menopause-relevant services who work with perimenopausal or menopausal women and align with our standards of relevance, scope, and professionalism. This includes GPs, gynaecologists, naturopaths, psychologists, pelvic health practitioners, physiotherapists, dietitians, and other allied health professionals with a genuine menopause focus.
Is this an open directory anyone can pay to join?
No. Every application is manually assessed. Approval is based on relevance and fit, not on payment. Paid visibility options are selected after approval and affect placement and profile features only. They do not influence the assessment outcome or imply clinical endorsement.
What does “Verified Provider” mean?
“Verified Provider” is the name of our mid-tier paid visibility option. It means your application has been vetted and approved, and you have chosen the Verified tier, which adds clickable links, enquiry buttons, and a richer profile. It does not imply medical endorsement, accreditation, or guaranteed outcomes for patients.
When do I choose my visibility tier and pay?
Only after your application is vetted and approved. Once you receive your approval email, you’ll be invited to log in, choose between Verified Provider ($39/month or $299/year) or Featured Listing ($69/month or $599/year), and complete your profile before going live.
Does being listed guarantee clients or enquiries?
No. The directory improves your discoverability with women who are actively searching for menopause-informed care, which is a higher-intent audience than passive advertising reaches. But outcomes depend on your profile quality, location, specialty, and the volume of women searching in your area. We do not guarantee leads or results.
Can I change or cancel my listing?
You can upgrade your tier at any time. Downgrades and cancellations depend on your billing cycle. Monthly subscribers can cancel before the next billing date; annual subscribers can cancel and will not be renewed. To remove your listing from the directory entirely, contact us directly.
I think my practice is already listed, what do I do?
Free Standard Listings are added manually by our team and cannot be claimed directly. If your listing information is out of date, contact us and we’ll update it. To take control of your listing, with clickable links, images, and enquiry functionality, you’ll need to submit a full application above and choose a paid visibility tier once approved.
How do I apply?
Click Apply to be listed to complete the application form. You’ll be asked for your practice details and specialty focus. We’ll review your application and respond within 48 hours.
Applying does not guarantee approval. Applications are assessed for relevance to the directory’s purpose of supporting women to find menopause-informed care. Paid visibility options improve discoverability and profile features. They do not constitute endorsement, clinical recommendation, or guaranteed outcomes. The platform reserves editorial discretion over placement, featured visibility, and category inclusion. Listings may be removed if platform standards are not upheld.
