At the helm is Sam Lluisé, a BHSc Naturopath, certified Menopause Specialist Coach, and Metabolic Balance® Practitioner with over a decade of experience. Sam’s approach is deeply personal – her own health journey through hormonal imbalance, an early hysterectomy, and years of health battles taught her firsthand what it feels like to be dismissed, medicated, and left without real answers. That experience is exactly why she does this work: to make sure other women don’t have to go through the same thing alone.

Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, Sam looks at the whole picture – hormones, gut health, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle – to uncover what’s really driving your symptoms and build a plan that actually works for your body. Support is delivered through personalised naturopathic consultations, herbal and nutritional medicine, and the Metabolic Balance® 12-week program, all grounded in food as medicine and sustainable, whole-person care.
